*InkSpirit and I have decided that it is of the upmost importance to inform you of this new entry in the diary of Endelmire Manor - therefore, her journal will be up shortly! Please give her due respects as well.

We are delighted to announce the commencing of a ball, a festival of sorts! From tonight until the night of the 10th, there will be much song and dance about the castle. There has been much too much dreariness, and we feel that although the tournament has taken on a rather somber form, there should also be merriment!

Therefore, we invite any of you who wish to participate to put on some ridiculous regalia and parade yourself around the castle – we will be doing it! Also, give a hoot because the deadline for the competition has also been extended 7 extra days – Round 4 now concludes at midnight on Sunday the 16th! So, if you feel that you must make yourself scarce during this week of gaiety, we will understand – but let it be known that the quality of everybody’s entries will be expected to be at much higher standards. This is getting into the “crunch time” of the competition, and the final four must be the best.

Another jolly event we have arranged is that we, Wings and Inky, shall create a picture for one of the final eight contestants on each of these 8 nights – from the 3rd to the 10th. A small portrait is the least we can offer for all the enthusiasm and dedication you have given us!
